The wall surfaces in the apartment are papered in a coarse textured wallpaper (Rauhfaser) by a painting company and painted in Binder white. The apartment is equipped with an intercom system. The garden behind the house impresses with its tranquility and green spaces, inviting residents to relax during quiet times.
Due to the type of flooring in the apartment, keeping a dog is not permitted. The apartment is rented only to a single individual.
