Byt je vhodný pro pár či jednotlivce. Domácí mazlíčci nevadí za předpokladu, že bude zohledněno v kauci (viz dále). Nájemní smlouvu nabízíme zpočátku na 1 rok s prodloužením, bude-li vše probíhat k oboustranné spokojenosti. Preferujeme dlouhodobé nájemce alespoň v řádu několika let. Byt je velice příjemný a věříme, že se tady novému nájemci bude dobře bydlet. Kauce splatná s podpisem nájemní smlouvy je 2x výše nájemného (3x v případě domácích mazlíčků typu pes či kočka). Nájemné činí 23 000 Kč měsíčně plus zúčtovatelné poplatky 2 800 Kč (1 osoba), 5 150 Kč (2 osoby), tj. zejména: teplo (ústřední topení) a voda, úklid společných prostor, poplatky za odvoz odpadu). Nájemce si na sebe musí napsat odběr elektrické energie a případně další služby dle své volby - např. internet apod.

We offer a modern, spacious 2+kk apartment with an area of 65 m² on the second floor of a new building from 2014, located on Sazovická Street in Prague Zličín, for long-term rent. The apartment includes a loggia (7 m²).
The apartment has an excellent layout with a large, open living area combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with a bedroom, a storage room within the apartment, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. It is modernly equipped, including a kitchen unit (with refrigerator/freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and extractor hood), blinds, and insect screens. Throughout the apartment, custom-made built-in wardrobes by a skilled carpenter using high-quality materials provide ample storage space.
The apartment is very quiet, with easygoing neighbors, ensuring a very comfortable living environment. The location offers excellent transportation access. A bus stop is just 2 minutes from the building, and the Metro B station (Zličín) is only a 10-minute walk away.
It is possible to rent a garage parking space for an additional fee of 2,500 CZK/month (including charges), with further details open for discussion.
The apartment is offered partially furnished so that it can be occupied immediately – it comes with a kitchen unit equipped with appliances, built-in wardrobes, and a built-in bed (without a mattress), as well as a washing machine and dryer. (Please note that the living room does not include a sofa set; see the photo.)
The apartment is suitable for a couple or an individual. Pets are allowed provided that an additional deposit is arranged (see details below). We initially offer the rental agreement for one year with the possibility of extension, should everything proceed to the satisfaction of both parties. We prefer long-term tenants for several years. The apartment is very pleasant and we believe that the new tenant will enjoy living here. A deposit equal to two months’ rent (three months’ rent for pets such as dogs or cats) is due upon signing the lease. The monthly rent is 23,000 CZK plus additional regular charges of 2,800 CZK (for one person) or 5,150 CZK (for two people), covering mainly heating (central heating), water, cleaning of common areas, and waste disposal fees. The tenant will need to put the electricity account – and any other services of their choice (e.g., internet) – in their own name.
The apartment is available from October 1, 2025.
