I am offering for rent a cozy 2+kk apartment covering 40 m² in a brick building located in the quiet and pleasant part of Dobřichovice/Všenory, just a 5-minute walk from the train station with direct connections to Prague (trains every 15 minutes).
The apartment is in a family house with three household members and two dogs, ensuring a friendly and fair atmosphere. The property is partially furnished – it includes new furniture, a modern sofa, a new TV, and a dishwasher (the dishwasher shown in the photos is not the current one). There is no refrigerator or washing machine, and cooking is possible on an electric stove with a plug.
A major advantage is the 80 m² terrace with seating, offering ample space for relaxation or meeting up with friends. Free parking is available right in front of the house (up to one car). Although there is no cellar, part of the storage space in the garage can be used by arrangement.
The apartment has a modern feel; however, some minor adjustments are still needed (e.g., soundproofing foam, changing light bulbs, minor cosmetic defects, etc.). The bathroom is in an older condition. Outdoor pets (dog, cat) are not permitted.
