ROOMS:

All the rooms are equipped with friendly, bright laminate flooring. The shared apartment room is rented furnished by us. You currently have access to a full bath, a shower bath, and a guest toilet. The communal kitchen can also be used at any time for extensive cooking sessions. In addition, we provide you with a washing machine and dryer free of charge. On top of the operating costs, there is an additional charge of 35€ for electricity and internet.

SHARED LIVING:

Living together in our shared apartment is very laid-back. Everyone can have their own space, but joint activities are welcome – though not compulsory. Keeping the apartment clean is simple; each person is responsible for cleaning their own room. If any stains or dirt occur (in the kitchen or bathroom), the person responsible cleans it up immediately. Cleaning staff come at irregular intervals to clean the communal areas (kitchen, hallway, bathroom). The house has WLAN, which is, of course, available for use.
