Nádherný byt na 6 měsíců. Dobrý den,
od ledna/února 2026 hledám človíčka do svého bytu na Praze 1 na cca 6 měsíců (pravděpodobně do sprna, ale vše na domluvě).
Byt je na adrese Jungmannova, 2kk, 60 m2, je kompletně designově vybaven, disponuje jediným balkonem v domě, velkou šatnou, pračkou se sušičkou, plně vybavenou kuchyní s myčkou, televizí a vším co u luxusního bydlení očekáváte.
Hledám ideálně pár nebo jednotlivce, dům je plný zvířat takže ráda uvítám i vychovaného mazlíčka, kouření pouze na balkoně. Mám pochopení pro kamarádské návštěvy a menší večírky, ale v co nejmenším množství prosím.
Mám pár pokojových rostlin, které bych ráda nechala v bytě takže ideálně někoho, komu všechno živé neumírá (teoreticky možno je dát pryč - po domluvě).
Ve vedlejším bytě bydlí mladý pár, se kterým mám velmi dobré vztahy stejně jako se všemi ostatními. Majitel bytu bydlí v domě.
Do bytu jsem dala spoustu lásky, peněz a úsilí, je to můj milovaný domov, který Vám na chvíli půjčím, prosím pouze zodpovědné lidi, kteří se k bytu a sousedům budou chovat s respektem.

Starting from January/February 2026 I am looking for someone to take over my apartment in Prague 1 for about 6 months (until around August, but this can be discussed).
The apartment is located on Jungmannova Street, it is a 2kk (one-bedroom apartment) with 60 m², fully furnished in a designer style. It features the only balcony in the building, a spacious walk-in closet, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV, and everything you would expect from luxury living.
I am ideally looking for a couple or a single person. The building is full of pets, so I am happy to welcome a well-behaved pet as well. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. I understand friendly visits and small gatherings, but preferably in a limited amount, please.
I also have a few houseplants that I would like to leave in the apartment, so ideally someone who can take care of them (though theoretically they could be removed upon agreement).
In the neighboring apartment lives a young couple with whom I have a very good relationship, as well as with the other neighbors. The landlord also lives in the building.
I have put a lot of love, money, and effort into this apartment — it is my beloved home that I will lend to you for a while, so please only responsible people who will treat both the apartment and the neighbors with respect.
