We rent several sunny, bright 4-room apartments in the NEW DEVELOPMENT on BISMARCKSTRAßE in Nürtingen.

Apartments will be available either on 01.01.2026 or 01.02.2026, and they are furnished with upscale fittings. Rentals are exclusively available to non-smokers. There is no commission fee.

The apartments currently offered for rent are located either in the basement level with a terrace or in the higher floors with a balcony. Please refer to the sample floor plans.

At the time of a viewing, you may inspect the shell construction with the current state of interior finishing. Please note, the building will continue to be under construction until the end of 2025!

4-room apartments: from 96.8 m² up to 127.3 m², priced at 13–16 euros per m². Underground parking (TG) is available for 35 euros/month, and a carport for 25 euros/month.

The apartments are located very centrally in Nürtingen’s town center, close to the train station. The inner city/ train station of Nürtingen is reachable on foot in just 3 minutes.
