The non-load-bearing walls are constructed using a drywall method, which could allow for a different room layout with little additional effort if desired. The exterior walls on the courtyard side are insulated with mineral wool and clad with Douglas fir board-and-batten. On the second floor, there is a fully functional split air conditioning system.
