The building is QNG certified and meets the highest ecological and energy standards. Each apartment has its own photovoltaic system with 4.5 kWp and its own photovoltaic storage. This allows us to reduce electricity consumption by about 65%. With water-saving fixtures, we reduce water consumption by about 50%. Thanks to showers with heat recovery systems, we also use 65% less energy for hot water production. This means the additional costs remain incredibly low.

You should know that we do not assign apartments on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, we are looking for people who want to embrace communal living and enjoy exchanging ideas. Just get to know us, and you will quickly see that we are going to have a great time together.

Nonetheless, everyone has their own private retreat in their apartment. We are NOT a shared flat… (grin).

The housing project is situated at the highest point in Waldems Bermbach and is unobstructed. You can reach Idstein and the A3 in 5 minutes. Bad Camberg is reached in 10 minutes, Limburg in 25 minutes, and even Wiesbaden is within a half-hour drive. In the village there is a kindergarten, and 3 minutes away in Heftrich is an elementary school. The village has a farm shop and Esch offers a Nettomarkt. In Idstein, there’s Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, and a charming city center with practically everything… even a hospital and a university. Buses run every half hour, and there is also an hourly bus connection to Königstein.

The real highlight is the photovoltaic system, which every tenant gets to use free of charge. By using the self-produced electricity, you save about 65% of your electricity costs.
