At Luegsteinsee near the spa town of Oberaudorf you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Kaiser Mountains, the Inn Valley, Luegsteinsee, and Luegsteinwand.

Located near the Inntalautobahn (BAB 93), five minutes from the Oberaudorf exit, and in proximity to Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck, and Kitzbühel.

Oberaudorf train station and all everyday shops as well as many restaurants are within walking distance.

The holiday apartment can be accessed both through the main entrance of the Grafenburg as well as via a convenient exterior staircase. The entire apartment features new, light gray carpet flooring. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove with four burners, several kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. The bathroom is tiled in white with terracotta-colored floor tiles; it features a barrier-free shower, WC, and a washbasin with under-cabinet storage, as well as underfloor heating. The bedroom has a bed measuring 2 x 2 m and a new wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa bed. In front of the living room is a patio with a Weber grill. The terrace, with its view of the Zahmer and Wilder Kaiser, is nicely furnished.

A main residence cannot be established.

Optionally, a furnished sundeck with approx. 300 m² garden can be rented. It is also possible to rent a storage room.

Additionally, we offer a second parking space as an option for parking a motorhome or a caravan (up to 7 m in length). Furthermore, a garage for a car could also be rented.
