It is strongly recommended to install a photovoltaic system so that the electricity generated can be used to run the heat pump.

Rainwater is Retained

In order to be as climate-neutral as possible, surface water is directed via a separate sewer system into the Sonnenbach stream. The rainwater is intended to remain on the surface for as long as possible. Each builder is contractually required to provide their own installation for rainwater retention, which must be capable of storing six cubic meters of water.
