A bus stop with good connections to Erfurt is just a few steps from the front door.

In Dittelstedt, you will also find a small beverage market, a greengrocer, and an Asian restaurant. A gas station with a small snack bar is located right at the entrance of the area.

The approximately 35 m² apartment features its own raised entrance and consists of a living/sleeping room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with daylight. In February 2022, we completed the renovation including the installation of a new kitchen and furnished the apartment with brand-new bamboo furniture. The rooms are bright but can also be darkened with the large curtains. The centerpiece of the main room is a comfortable 1.60-meter wide bamboo bed with curtains. A 50 Mbit Wi-Fi connection is available, which is used by the new smart TV for streaming services and YouTube, and it also easily supports data-intensive business applications on your laptop. You can work or relax on the sofa, armchair, or at the kitchen table. In the fully equipped fitted kitchen with a spacious refrigerator/freezer, you can prepare delicious meals. The newly tiled bathroom is divided into two areas – first the sink with mirror, and further back the toilet and the shower with a glass sliding door.
