Apartments 2 and 3 also feature 2 WCs and a laundry room equipped with a dryer and washing machine, as well as a vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. In addition, both apartments share a small, separate entrance.
The apartment is bright (with almost floor-to-ceiling windows), tastefully furnished, and suitable for 1 person. For occasional overnight guests, there is an extra charge.
At least on a biweekly basis, a cleaning service will clean the kitchen and bathroom area (or the entire apartment upon request) – the time required is billed at 20 EUR per hour (gross).
The apartments are situated on a former farm between Wachtendonk (4 km) and Kempen (4 km), right by the A 40 motorway; the distance to Venlo or Moers is approximately 18 km. The motorway entrance is about a 1-minute drive away. You can drive into the inner courtyard – right up to the apartment’s front door – and park safely and free of charge (see reviews from the other residents). The arrangement of the apartments around the inner courtyard and the access through a separate gate guarantee an absolutely undisturbed and harmonious living environment.
Non-smoking apartments –
The facilities are designed to ensure your comfort, featuring air conditioning in summer, free Wi-Fi, and all the everyday items you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dryer (shared for apartments 2 and 3), an ironing board, and an iron – and even a clothesline in summer. All you need to bring is your personal wardrobe and toiletries :-)
There is also a guest WC next to the apartment, which is very convenient when you have visitors.

Thanks to the enclosed inner courtyard that allows parking directly in front of the rented apartment, a very individual and undisturbed living experience has been created.
You only have to carry your groceries a maximum of 10 meters; you can reach the A 40 motorway entrance in 1 minute by car, with excellent access to the Ruhr area and the Netherlands (Venlo is 18 km away), 5 km from Kempen and 4 km from Wachtendonk. Kempen even has a train station – and both Wachtendonk and Kempen offer plenty of shops, making them ideal starting points for bike tours.
