The rent of 1,700 euros (1,500 euros cold rent + 200 euros for operating costs such as heating and insurance) is agreed upon as all-inclusive, meaning all incidental and heating costs are included and covered by the rent. Only a separate contract for electricity supply must be arranged by the tenant.

All buildings on the farm are supplied by a central regenerative heating system (wood chip heating).
