Upon entering the apartment, a spacious area unfolds to welcome you into your new home. There is ample room for your wardrobe and a seating area, making it comfortable to settle in and take off your shoes.

Immediately to the left is the bathroom with a rain shower. Directly adjacent to the bathroom is a storage room where, besides all those items one needs but prefers not to see, there is also space for a washing machine and a dryer.

Not far away are three very lovely rooms, each measuring between 12 and 16.5 m², which can be very flexibly used as a bedroom, study, or children’s room.

To the right, an open kitchenette connects seamlessly. In front of it, a very long dining table can be placed, making communal cooking and dining truly a shared experience. Alternatively, the adjoining 30 m² living area—next to a large seating area (the “elephant”) or a piano—offers plenty of space for a grand dining table.

From the living area, you can access the very spacious 30 m² terrace. Here you can design the outdoor space to your liking or simply sit back and watch as the neighbor’s chickens goof around.

SPECIAL TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

• Own PV system – independent power supply, sustainable, efficient, and almost autonomous if you complement your two PV modules with your own battery storage. The battery storage can either be placed in the apartment’s storage room or in the 9 m² storage room for bicycles.

NOTE: The PV system can be expanded if the legal framework permits more than two PV modules for a "balcony power plant." Unfortunately, the communal use of the battery storage was not legally feasible at the time, so an individual solution by the tenant is currently required.
