We rent out various apartments ranging in size from 64 sqm to 96 sqm. They are available as 2-room apartments with kitchen, bath, and toilet (KDB) and 3-room apartments with kitchen, bath, and toilet.

Each apartment has been freshly renovated and will be equipped and rented by us with a fitted kitchen including electrical appliances. All apartments are bright and have a good layout, and each one features a balcony (loggia). The apartments are located in multi-family houses. From the loggia, you have a beautiful view of the greenery.

The base rent, including the kitchen, is €9 per square meter. This would result in the following base rents:

64 sqm – €576/month

69 sqm – €621/month

72 sqm – €648/month

78 sqm – €702/month

83 sqm – €747/month and

99 sqm – €891/month

In addition, there are utility/ heating cost advances, depending on the apartment size, from €200 to €250 per month.

A rental deposit equal to two months’ base rent will be required.

Each apartment also comes with its own basement storage room. The apartments are available immediately.

Ahornweg in 57577 Hamm (Sieg) is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery. The residential buildings at Ahornweg 2 to 18 border directly on a small woodland, which is perfect for walks with family, friends, and pets. The facades of the total nine residential buildings have been freshly and colorfully painted, contributing to a pleasant living atmosphere.

The town center of Hamm (Sieg) with shops, doctors, and pharmacies is easily accessible on foot.
