I’m renting out a 2+kk apartment (42 m²) in a renovated panel building – Prague 4, Kamýk. It is freehold ownership, located on the second floor above ground level.
The apartment has undergone an almost complete renovation (year 2020) – featuring a new kitchenette, plastic windows facing west, a new floating floor, fresh painting, and a built-in wardrobe. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with appliances, the living room is partially furnished (with a media wall, shelves, and a small table), and the bedroom includes a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a washing machine, bathtub, and WC, and the hallway has a built-in wardrobe and a shoe cabinet. Other furnishings shown in the photos belong to the current tenants and will not remain in the apartment, but they can be purchased separately upon agreement.
The apartment also includes a small cellar storage room.
The area offers excellent civic amenities: shops include an Albert supermarket with a pharmacy and other services – just a 2-minute walk away. Within walking distance, you’ll find a polyclinic, kindergarten, elementary school, high school, municipal office, medical facility, restaurant, post office, library, the Domyno sports complex, Novodvorská shopping center, and the Kamýk forest.
