From October 1, 2024, the fully furnished holiday apartment will be available again. The apartment has been renovated using natural materials and features an oiled hardwood floor. It consists of a living-dining area, an open hallway, a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a shower with a massage function, a sleeping area with a 160 cm wide double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, tea towels, pots, plates, cutlery). A roof balcony invites you to relax. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. A television is provided. Additional amenities include air conditioning, an iron, an ironing board, and a sofa bed in the living room. Towels, bedding, and tea towels are also available.
The apartment is located in a quiet and desirable residential area of Speyer, in the Oberkämmerer district, about 5 minutes from the city. The bus stop is only a few minutes away, and the train station is approximately 7 minutes away. Shopping opportunities, doctors, and other important facilities are quickly accessible. A well-maintained garden is available for communal use.
The holiday apartment is furnished in a high-quality and cozy manner. In the underground garage, there is a car wash area and a bicycle parking space. A drying room is also available for use. Additionally, extra storage space in the basement can be provided for a fee.
The holiday apartment is available for rental periods of 1 to 6 months, with an extension possible. The rental prices are as follows:
1 month: 90 euros per day
2 months: 80 euros per day
3 months: 70 euros per day
4 months: 60 euros per day
5 months: 50 euros per day
6 months: 40 euros per day
For a rental period of 6 months, the net rent is 1,000 euros per month, plus a security deposit. Electricity, telephone, and internet must be arranged and paid for by the tenant, and I am happy to assist you with that.
Note: To ensure a smooth process, in the case of certain risk factors—such as lacking employment, no employment contract, or a negative or missing SCHUFA report—the security deposit may be increased to up to 3 months' rent.
