Byt má samostatnou koupelnu s vanou, sprchovým koutem a toaletou. Prostorný obývací pokoj je orientován na jih s okny do Korunních Vinohrad. Ložnice a kuchyň se spacím patrem směřují na sever do klidného vnitrobloku.
Hlavní postel je ideálně umístěna na podkroví v hlavní ložnici. Lze ji však umístit i na úrovni patra.
Byt prošel téměř kompletní rekonstrukcí před čtyřmi lety se zaměřením na zachování nebo restaurování původních prvků - nová špaletová okna, dubové parkety, nová kuchyň a koupelna, modernizovaný rozvaděč. Důraz byl kladen na použití kvalitních materiálů.
Byt není vybaven nábytkem. K dispozici jsou však i některé skříně, lednice a pračka. Fotografie byly pořízeny těsně před naším odstěhováním, protože jsme v domě bydleli s našimi dvěma dětmi.

We offer for rent a renovated, sunny 2+1 apartment, with an area of 57m2, on the 2nd floor of an well located apartment block on Korunni Vinohrady in Prague 10 (on the boundary of Prague 2).
We are very friendly owners of Australian and Czech nationality. We live in the neighbourhood and are always available to respond to any questions you may have.
The apartment has a separate bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The spacious living room is oriented to the south with windows to Korunní. The bedroom and kitchen with the sleeping floor face north into the quiet courtyard.
The main bed is ideally located on the loft in the main bedroom. However, it can also be located on the floor level.
The apartment was almost completely renovated four years ago with a focus on preserving or restoring the original elements - new sash windows, oak parquet floors, new kitchen and bathroom, upgraded electricity switchboard. Emphasis was placed on the use of quality materials.
The apartment is not equipped with furniture. However, it comes with some cupboards, fridge, and a washing machine. The photos were taken just prior to us moving out, as we lived in there with our two children.
Heating with its own gas boiler.
The house is located in an attractive location of Vinohrady with all civic amenities, just a 3-minute walk across the park to the A Jiřího z Poděbrady metro stop. The popular neighborhood is full of cafes, parks, theaters and offers a pleasant life in the center of Prague.
