Very beautiful, bright 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor, with a hallway, bathroom, kitchen, two balconies (one in front of each room), one storage cellar, and a washing machine in the basement with a drying room. The apartment entrance is located in the middle and has a small hallway from which the bathroom with a window is immediately accessible. To the right of the hallway, you enter the bright bedroom with a large window and window sill; next to it is the glazed balcony door providing access to the balcony. The bedroom has enough space for a large double bed and, along the right wall, a continuous wardrobe.

To the left of the hallway, you can access the dining/living room, which initially offers space on the left for a dining table. Opposite, there is the entrance to the small kitchen, into which you could install an L-shaped fitted kitchen or possibly a shortened U-shaped one. The kitchen has a small window in the left corner opposite the entrance.

Passing by the kitchen, the living room area opens up, which also features a large window with a window sill and a glazed balcony door to the right, providing access to the second balcony. The balconies extend in width up to half of the adjacent room (either the kitchen or the bathroom), making them suitable for placing a small table with chairs or lounge chairs.

Upon entering the apartment, you find yourself in the central hallway that connects all the rooms. To the right is the bright, sunny bedroom with a balcony and a large window above the balcony, the right exterior wall of which has been equipped with a separate, interior thermal insulation. From the bedroom, there is a lovely view of the treetops opposite the window. Across from the entrance is the daylight bathroom featuring a bathtub with an integrated shower.

To the left of the entrance is the access to the dining area, opposite the kitchen and the open living room with a balcony and large window, which also offers a view of the treetops on the opposite side. The daylight kitchen provides sufficient space for a complete surrounding kitchen unit with all electrical appliances and, if needed, room for a washing machine and/or dryer.
