Our stylishly furnished apartments are all equipped with a shower, a balcony or terrace, and a fully functional kitchen, making them ideal for both students and longer stays such as business trips or long-term stays for professional or medical reasons. Amenities include free cable TV, high-speed WLAN as well as a LAN connection, a guest laundry with dryer, and monitored parking spaces with an e-charging station available for an additional fee.

The apartments come with 180 cm wide box-spring beds, partly with sofa beds and a desk, underfloor heating, and a smart TV. Kitchen amenities include, among other things, a coffee machine, dishwasher, induction stove, egg boiler, toaster, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.

In addition to the castle ruin, Heidelberg offers a wide variety of gastronomic and cultural facilities that you can reach within 15 minutes by public transport (3 bus lines 33, 34, 36, 37 at the Kreuzgrundweg stop within a 5-minute walk and 2 bus lines 34 and 36 at the "grüner Baum" stop within a 3-minute walk) or by car. Shops and daily necessities are reachable in about 5 minutes.

You can book the duration of your stay very flexibly at Maxim Apartments for a minimum of one month, on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. An additional rental fee of €20 per day applies for a second person.

Monitored parking can be rented for €25 per week. An e-charging station is available. Consumption is billed monthly.

Using the washing machine and dryer incurs a fee of €5 per use. There is a balcony clothesline provided free of charge on the balcony.

Room cleaning, including changing the bedding and towels as well as replenishing toiletries, is available for an extra fee. It is also possible to have the bedding and towels changed for €10 without room cleaning. Laundry cleaning supplies are available free of charge. The one-time fee for the final cleaning is €100. We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy in the building and on the premises, and all our guests are expected to comply without exception.
