In 2022, the wood chip heating system was also renewed and expanded with two 3000 L hot water tanks. Heating with wood chips is very economical, with the hall costing around 2,600 euros per year to heat.

Optionally, a pallet shredder can also be purchased; with this, you can shred pallets and use them as fuel. We have used it to heat the hall at no extra cost.

On the tower used for storing wood chips, there is a Telekom installation for mobile communications. This generates an annual rental income of approximately 5,360 euros, which is secured for another 25 years.

The plot has been newly fenced and features a newly constructed smoking area with WPC.

Sea containers used as additional storage space on the property, as well as the inventory, can, of course, be taken over upon request.
