Currently, various units of different sizes are available for rent in the hall. A total of 780 m² can be rented. The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At its highest point, the hall is approximately 10.80 m high, and at its lowest point about 4 m (see photos). This means the hall has a volume of nearly 5,700 m³.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented area, the rent (negotiable) is calculated correspondingly (starting at €10 per m² of floor space). The high-rise storage system can be customized for the customer, so that even higher or lower storage spaces can be created. Please understand that we do not rent out individual pallet spaces; we are committed to renting larger areas.

A move-in would be possible starting in September 2025.

The warehouse is on the ground level and is therefore barrier-free. The warehouse can be accessed from both sides by truck/car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is even possible to drive directly into or through the hall.

The hall is located in the industrial area of Wandlitz OT Basdorf on a quiet one-way street. The highways A11 and A10 can be reached within 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity as well as a high-power connection. Individual compartments can be heated by arrangement.

The premises on which the warehouse is located are under video surveillance and secured with a steel gate.
