The apartment is centrally located in Stockstadt and very well connected to everyday necessities. The train station is reachable on foot in just a few minutes – from there, trains run every half hour to Aschaffenburg (approximately 10 minutes travel time) and on to the Rhine-Main area. A bus line also regularly serves the town. By car, you can quickly reach the A 3 and A 45 via the B 469.

For families, the location is particularly convenient: The primary school is only about 170 meters away, and the secondary school about 1 kilometer distant. Kindergartens and other schools are also available on-site and in the surrounding area.

Shopping options such as a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, or restaurants are easily reachable on foot. For larger shopping trips, Aschaffenburg is reachable in a short time by car or train.
