The auxiliary building used to be a restaurant and has been divided into three apartments over two floors. The old dance hall on the upper floor has a ceiling height of 3.30 m.

The building has a foundation layout, is partially gutted and uninhabitable, but stable, and is currently used as storage and workshop.
