The tasks that an outpatient care service can undertake are as diverse as the individuals we care for. Read all about our services and find out how we can assist you and your relatives in everyday life.
1. Emergency Call System
Each tenant receives an emergency device that can immediately contact a centrally staffed control center, available day and night when needed. This center provides or arranges help in emergency situations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The emergency call system includes the reception of emergency calls, the initiation of the necessary assistance measures, and the maintenance of the tenant’s personal data.
2. Information and Consultation
In matters of everyday life, available aids, and living conditions, specialized staff are available to answer any questions. In addition, assistance is offered in applying for services from the care and health insurance systems. The designated contact person and telephone number are published on a notice board in the building and provided in an information sheet.
3. Arrangement of Services
If needed, the care provider also arranges special personal or social assistance or services. These services are not included in the basic services and require an additional cost to be covered by the tenant.
4. Meeting Places / Community Rooms
Each tenant has access to communal rooms. By arrangement and subject to availability, tenants can reserve and use appropriate rooms for special occasions such as birthdays, celebrations, or events. The cost for individual use is part of the basic services (free of charge).
5. Leisure and Health Promotion Offers
The care provider offers participation in regular cultural, informational, and health-promoting events. In principle, these events are included in the basic services. In individual cases – such as outings or special courses, etc. – if an additional fee is required, this will be clearly indicated and announced in good time.
6. Optional Services

Bad Bevensen, the well-known iodine-salt spa town, is conveniently located in the city triangle of Hamburg – Bremen – Hanover. The gently hilly landscape around the only mineral spa in the Lüneburg Heath is characterized by vast forests, small heath areas, and the water-rich nature of the Ilmenau valley.
Since 1929, Bevensen has been a town, and since 1976 the spa town has been called "Bad" Bevensen. With the discovery of the thermal iodine-salt spring in 1968 and the construction of the short-stay center, a spa district with hotels, clinics, and sanatoriums emerged in the 1970s.
A sprawling spa park and pedestrian bridges over the Ilmenau river connect the spa district with the old town. The spa center and park thus serve as the link between the “old” part of town around Dreikönigskirche and the pedestrian zone, and the “new” Bad Bevensen with its hotels and guesthouses.
Health
Bad Bevensen has been officially recognized as a mineral spa since 1975. The offerings of the spa town are aimed at people who want to do something for their health and maintain their physical fitness in a quiet and forested setting. The expansive spa park in the center of town is a starting point for walks, for example, to the nearby Medingen Monastery.
The Iodine-Salt Therme, with its spacious bathing area, diverse sauna offerings, and the wellness oasis that meets all requirements – the Spa & Vital Center – is the centerpiece of the health offerings.
Culture
Culture enthusiasts can enjoy a varied event program at the Kurhaus or the classical music series at Medingen Monastery.
Festivals
Regional festivals such as the Potter’s Market, city, heath potato, and marksmen’s festivals, as well as the LandArt and antique markets that regularly take place every Sunday during the summer months, delight the residents and consistently attract many visitors to the town.
In the formerly extensively refurbished hotel, there are a total of 18 one- or two-room apartments with sizes of up to 55 m². Each apartment features a kitchenette with a double stove, a sink, storage space, and a refrigerator. In addition, each apartment has a bathroom including a modern, barrier-free shower. For relaxing outdoors, each apartment offers either a balcony, a terrace, or a rooftop terrace, which can be easily accessed from the living area. In the basement, besides the laundry room, there are also spacious storage rooms that can be conveniently reached using the elevator. In the dining area and the adjacent sun terrace, guests can be received, or joint activities can be carried out. Directly in front of the building there are five car parking spaces that can be equipped with electric charging stations. Here, electric cars can park and be conveniently charged.
