The apartment is situated on the 9th floor out of 11, and the building is equipped with several elevators (including a freight elevator) and a reception desk. The layout and size of the apartment are ideal for 1–2 persons.

The rent is 19,900 CZK per month plus a 3,000 CZK advance payment for services and utilities. Electricity is transferred to the tenant. The deposit is negotiable, usually equivalent to 1–2 months’ rent.
