The flat is 61 sqm in size and features a balcony facing the courtyard. It has two separate rooms and a large living and dining area with an open kitchen. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower, two windows, and ample space for a washing machine and dryer. The layout of the flat is very efficient and makes optimal use of the available space. An underground parking space can be rented for an additional fee (the current conditions would need to be clarified directly with the landlord).
The landlord is a large company and therefore very professional. Smaller issues can be discussed directly with the property management.
Important: I would leave the fitted kitchen, the large wardrobe in the bedroom, and the blinds in the dining room (which were specially made for the window dimensions) in the flat in exchange for a fee.
