Es kann als Ferienhaus genutzt werden, es kann auch vermietet werden, dafür gibt es mehrere Agenturen. Es befindet sich auf einem Gemeinschaftseigentum Grundstück, zu unserem Haus gehören 742qm anteilig dazu.
Es handelt sich um ein dänisches Holzhaus mit einem Erdgeschoss,Obergeschoss und einem ausgebautem Dachgeschoss.
Die Lage vom Haus ist absolut einzigartig. Es liegt in der 1. Reihe mit unverbautem Meerblick, ca. 100 m zum Naturstrand. Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein Juwel und in gute Hände abzugeben.
Im Haus ist eine offene Küche mit dem Wohnzimmer, einem Duschbad mit Sauna, im Obergeschoss sind 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad mit Whirlwanne, im offenen Dachgeschoss sind 2 Räume zum schlafen und ein grosses Spielzimmer, welches auch anders genutzt werden kann.
Das Haus wird elektrisch beheizt u.a. mit Fußbodenheizung und einer Luft Wärmepumpe sowie einem Kaminofen.
Leider müssen wir unser wunderschönes Ferienhaus aus Altersgründen verkaufen. Unser Ferienhaus ist ein wunderschönes, einzigartiges Objekt, das in der Natur liegt, welches es nicht mehr an der Ostsee zubekommen ist.

Naše rekreační chata se nachází na pobřeží Baltského moře v první řadě s nezastíněným výhledem na moře v Sierksdorfu, v areálu Hansa Park Resort. Může sloužit jako rekreační pobytové zařízení nebo být pronajímána – pro pronájem existuje několik agentur. Nachází se na společném pozemku, ke kterému náš dům má podíl o rozloze 742 m².

Jedná se o dánský dřevěný dům, který má přízemí, patro a zrekonstruované podkroví. Poloha domu je naprosto jedinečná – leží v první řadě s nezastíněným výhledem na moře, přibližně 100 metrů od přírodní pláže. Tento rekreační dům je opravdový klenot a hledá se do dobrých rukou.

V domě naleznete otevřenou kuchyň spojenou s obývacím pokojem, sprchové koupelny se saunou. V patře jsou dvě ložnice a koupelna s vířivkou, a v otevřeném podkroví se nachází dva prostory na spaní a velká herna, kterou lze využít i jinak. 

Dům je vytápěn elektřinou, mimo jiné podlahovým topením, vzduch-voda tepelným čerpadlem a krbovým kamenem.

Bohužel musíme náš nádherný rekreační dům prodat z důvodu věku. Náš rekreační dům je jedinečný nádherný objekt, který se nachází uprostřed přírody – na pobřeží Baltského moře nedostanete nic podobného.

Our holiday home is located on the Baltic Sea in the first row with unobstructed sea views in Sierksdorf at the Hansa Park Resort. It can be used as a holiday home and can also be rented out; there are several agencies for that. It is situated on a communal property, with 742 square meters apportioned to our house.

It is a Danish wooden house with a ground floor, an upper floor, and a converted attic.

The location of the house is absolutely unique. It lies in the first row with unobstructed sea views, about 100 meters from the natural beach. This holiday home is a jewel and is being handed over to good care.

Inside the house is an open kitchen with a living room, a shower room with a sauna; on the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub; in the open-plan attic there are 2 rooms for sleeping and a large playroom that can also be used for other purposes.

The house is heated electrically, among other things, with underfloor heating, an air-source heat pump, and a fireplace stove.

Unfortunately, we have to sell our beautiful holiday home due to our advancing age. Our holiday home is a beautiful, unique property set in nature—a find not to be had again on the Baltic Sea.
