All the apartments feature different amenities. Each comes with its own bathroom equipped with a bathtub that includes either a bathtub lift or a shower. Furthermore, every apartment has a kitchen of varying size, so that self-catering remains possible.

In the former coach house of the Villa Felseneck, 7 new, modern 1-2 room apartments have been created, which are currently being leased for the first time. Five of the apartments have already been permanently rented, and the remaining 2 free apartments can also be viewed by appointment.
