The property is situated, surrounded by forests and meadows on the outskirts of the Gilserberg district of Schönstein. The low mountain range belongs to the Kellerwald Nature Park and offers an ideal starting point for hikes, bicycle tours, motorbike rides, or an excursion to the Edersee.

The additional costs for water and heating amount to a fixed 150,- € per month.

Electricity is billed according to consumption, with a monthly prepayment of 300,- €.
