This is a dreamlike, newly built apartment that I rented myself, which is being sublet due to personal circumstances (the owner’s permission has been granted).

The indoor bathroom offers a bathtub, and the entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

The apartment can be rented for a limited period until the end of March. Starting in April, the owner intends to use the apartment himself.

The apartment is partly furnished. As mentioned in the property description, the bedrooms (master bedroom and children’s bedroom) are fully equipped.

The fitted kitchen includes everything you need for everyday life.

Additionally, the living room comes with a table and a large sofa. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds and, in some cases, curtains as well.

In addition to the dishwasher, there is also a washing machine.

A partial payment of €4,000 for the furniture is required (the remainder has already been proportionally factored into the rent).

The furniture can also be acquired in full by agreement (for €6,000). This way, the furniture component of the rent can be reduced, resulting in a correspondingly lower monthly rent.
