Residents of Weitmars enjoy a high quality of life, characterized by a strong community spirit and short distances to doctors, kindergartens, schools, and shopping facilities. Weitmars itself has a Protestant kindergarten. In Lorch, several kindergartens and schools covering all educational levels are available. Weitmars is connected to public transportation via a bus connection (a five-minute walk to the bus stop) to the Lorch train station. From there, the regional train, for example, takes 5 minutes to Schwäbisch Gmünd or 36 minutes to Stuttgart’s main station.
