I am the owner and from September 1, 2025, I will be renting out a studio apartment in Bratislava at Rybničná 61A (between Rača and Vajnory, near BEZ, on the route from Bratislava to Pezinok, with good public transportation to Zlaté Piesky and Rača) for 530 euros (rent 400, utilities 130).
The studio is 24 m² + 2 m² balcony, located on the 8th floor. Furnishings: see photos; bed available by arrangement.
Pets are not allowed. No internet.
Upon signing the contract, a refundable deposit of 650 euros is required.
Parking in front of the building is private and available for a fee, while public parking is available nearby.
Option available to obtain a formal accommodation declaration for a foreigner.
