Each apartment includes a basement storage room and two parking spaces, which are separately listed in the sales price. This has created space for a garden plot for each unit. A garden design, as depicted in the images, can be arranged for an additional charge.
The heating of the property has been planned in an environmentally friendly way. For this purpose, we have planned a hydrogen heating system / fuel cells which will be installed by a renowned manufacturer. The costs for this are included in the purchase price.
