The apartment is our insider tip for students and young professionals: ideal for a community where everyone also enjoys their own private space.

The Apartment & The Concept

The centerpiece of the shared apartment is the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. It is already equipped with a high-quality fitted kitchen and offers plenty of space to cook together, share laughs, and wind down your evenings. The bright daylight bathroom with a bathtub invites you to relax and unwind. The entire apartment exudes a particularly cozy and homely atmosphere thanks to the gentle sloping ceilings.

We rent out the three rooms individually to provide you with maximum flexibility. Your advantage: an all-inclusive rent which already covers all additional costs such as heating, water, electricity, and other running costs. Only the costs for internet and the broadcasting fee are shared among you – so you have complete control over your expenses!

Room 1: approx. 13 m² for a monthly flat rate of 320 €
