The apartment consists of an entrance hall (with a wardrobe, a shoe cabinet, and a coat rack), a bathroom with a toilet, and a living area with a kitchen. There is also a small storeroom with extra storage space. Currently the living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a table, and two chairs (not with the white bed shown in the photo), but the furniture can be removed upon request. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, and a hob.
The apartment is very well located near a tram stop heading toward the city center and the A line metro station – Želivského; the A line metro station – Strašnická is 300 m away. Just a minute’s walk from the apartment is Starostrašnická Street, featuring several traditional shops including a pharmacy, bank, hairdresser, etc. In the nearby area, there are several restaurants offering Czech, Asian, Italian cuisine, kebab, and so on. The Penny store is 200 m away, while the Albert store is 600 m away.
