Car unnecessary: Around the apartment, you will find bakeries, a grocery store (REWE), a regional train station, bus stops, and a doctor. The Friedrichshafen beach pool is only 700 meters away, so the lake is reachable within a few minutes on foot. Renovated in 2024, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a private (not visible from the outside) terrace with a small garden area (south-facing), and is thoughtfully furnished (formerly a highly rated vacation apartment).

Please note: The apartment is initially rented for only 2 years and explicitly furnished (including the ladder wall), and pets are not allowed. The tables, chairs/benches, decoration, the wardrobe in the bedroom, and the coat rack are variable (interchangeable) within the apartment. The boxspring bed and the fold-out sofa are like new, of high quality, and are to remain (they also offer plenty of storage in the under-bed drawers). The kitchen is extensively equipped.

The apartment is suitable for one person, or a maximum of two people. A parking space is available (Duplex-Parker, suitable only for normal to small cars).

The apartment is located in a residential complex near the lake (about 200 m in a straight line to the lake) with excellent public transport connections (toward the fairground, Lindau, and Konstanz, as well as the BODO network) and nearby stores. The city of Friedrichshafen is known as an attractive industrial and tourist region.

The apartment was freshly renovated and newly furnished in June 2024. It is situated on the lower floor of a multi-story residential building and is barrier-free accessible thanks to an elevator.

The apartment consists of two rooms: a spacious living room with a well-cushioned sofa bed (sleeping space 146 x 215 cm) and a bedroom with a large boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is also a sturdy ladder wall for morning exercises.

The bathroom features an extra-large shower. In addition to the toilet in the bathroom, there is a separate guest toilet.

The large kitchen, overlooking a green space, offers plenty of counter space and is thoroughly equipped with various cooking utensils, a microwave, a smoothie maker, a toaster, a coffee machine, an espresso maker, and much more. Cooking and baking here is truly enjoyable! Of course, there is also a dishwasher.

In the living room, besides the cozy seating area, there is an additional table for playing or working. The large swiveling smart TV is available, and Wi-Fi can be provided upon request. The apartment can be completely darkened using roller shutters.

A deep, very spacious built-in wardrobe in the living room and two wardrobes in the bedroom can accommodate a lot of (even bulky) luggage. If desired, cleaning of the apartment (and laundry) can be arranged for an additional fee.

P.S.: Even on very hot summer days, the apartment remains pleasantly temperate.
