The house is located on a hill and is suitable for physically able applicants who are looking for traditional housing close to nature and who don’t mind occasionally lending a hand (shoveling snow, mowing the lawn, minor maintenance, etc.). Within walking distance of Prague's integrated public transportation, Smichovske nadrazi terminal 15 min.
