We sell our single-family house with a negotiable purchase price. It features 226 m² of living/usable space on an 891 m² plot, in an excellent location in Bad Kohlgrub – commission free directly from the owner.

The construction of the solid-construction house began in autumn 2014 and was completed with move-in on March 1, 2015.

For two wallboxes, as well as during low-generation periods, 1,150 kWh per year is provided free of charge.
