The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) and spans the entire level. Roof dormer windows on every side offer a variety of views. On the cozy west-facing loggia you can enjoy the sun even after work – and in summer, you can even sleep there.

Since we want you to truly feel at home with us, we have furnished the apartment completely and with great attention to detail – in such a way that we would even like to live here ourselves. Design objects, new and antique furniture complement each other and give the apartment an individual style.

When you move in, all you need is a suitcase with your personal belongings – everything else is provided.

The flat rate rent is 2,590 EUR. This includes all costs such as heating, water, electricity, internet/telephone/TV, various fees, parking space, caretaker, etc. However, if the German average consumption of heating/water/electricity is exceeded, the extra costs will be charged.

The deposit is 4,000 EUR (3,000 EUR for a rental period of up to four months), and a fee of 180 EUR is charged for the final cleaning. For rental periods of one year or more, a semi-annual interim cleaning will be provided.

Heidelberg-Wieblingen is a former fishing and small farmers’ village on the Altneckar. As a place to live, it is becoming increasingly popular among families, students, and workers alike. Wieblingen is one of Heidelberg’s most important school hubs and home to many prominent companies.

From here, you can quickly reach everywhere: the Heidelberg old town, the Neuenheimer Feld with the university campus and university clinics, the Bahnstadt campus, the main train station, or take a walk along the Neckar—which here still follows its original course and is a nature reserve. Even Mannheim is almost as quick to reach as downtown Heidelberg.

TRANSPORT / PUBLIC TRANSPORT

By bus, train, or bicycle you can be in the old town within 10 to 20 minutes. The Bike & Ride stop Wieblingen-Mitte is 450 meters away (RNV 5, 34er, Moonliner), and another bus stop is 470 meters away (35). Within one kilometer is the S-Bahn station Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen with free Park & Ride parking spaces. From here, you can reach Mannheim’s main station in 15 minutes and Ludwigshafen-Mitte in 20 minutes. And within about 10 minutes by car, you can reach City Airport Mannheim, from where you can fly to Berlin or Hamburg in roughly an hour.
