Garden design, as seen in the pictures, can be arranged for an additional fee.

The heating of the property was planned in an environmentally friendly manner. For this purpose, we have planned a hydrogen heating / fuel cell system, which will be provided by a renowned manufacturer. The costs for this are included in the purchase price.
