We are selling our beautiful 3-room old building apartment in Cuxhaven. The apartment features a balcony facing the street with a view of the dike and a rear balcony overlooking the garden. The latter was completely renewed in 2024.

The apartment is very well laid out, bright and welcoming with high ceilings. Two rooms are connected by a sliding door, but they can also be accessed separately from the hallway.

Heating is provided by gas, and the condensing boiler was renewed in 2022.

The sandy beach and harbor can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Additionally, the Kurpark and the Pilots’ Quarter are within walking distance.

In the immediate vicinity there are bakeries, a pharmacy, restaurants, and other shops, as well as the bus stop "Emmastraße". For example, bus lines 1006/1007 travel from here to the train station, the city center, or to Döse or Dunen at the sandy beach.

The apartment comes with a fitted kitchen.

The rooms feature wide plank flooring.
