A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine with capsules, toaster, and blender… everything is provided. The cabinets include pots, pans, bowls, plates, wine, champagne, and water glasses, and much more.

In the dresser in the spacious bedroom, located immediately to the right of the apartment entrance, there are plenty of fresh towels and extra bed linen available. In the daylight-filled bathroom with a shower tray, located opposite the bedroom, you will find a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo.

The large living room, featuring a cozy couch, is accessed from the kitchen area. The washing machine is located in the building’s basement.

The rental price includes all additional costs for one person. For two persons, the monthly rent increases by 40 euros.
