I am seeking, on behalf of a co-owner of the condominium (WEG), new tenants for his bright, modern 3-room apartment starting from October 1 (possibly earlier). The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family building at Schönblick 14 in Hutthurm and is built in what is known as a split-level style.
Upon entering the apartment, you first arrive in a hallway, which leads to the living/dining room as well as the kitchen. A staircase then leads you to the bedroom and the bathroom—both situated half a floor above—where the bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. From the living room, you can access the large balcony (facing east).
The apartment also includes a basement storage room as well as a parking space in the underground garage. Furthermore, the building features its own laundry/drying room.
The apartment is relatively quiet and conveniently located on the edge of Hutthurm, above Fischhauser Straße towards Ruderting. Grocery stores, a bakery, a butcher, a hairdresser, eateries, a bus stop, etc., can all be reached within a few minutes—even on foot. Hutthurm’s school and kindergarten are just one plot away, so young families with one or two children are welcome.
By car, it takes approximately 10 minutes via B12 or 15 minutes via B85 to reach the entrance of Passau. The motorway junction Aicha vorm Wald can be reached in just under 20 minutes.
Currently, the neighborhood in the building mainly consists of younger or young-at-heart, straightforward residents. I would like to point out at this stage that, according to the house rules, keeping dogs in the building is strictly prohibited—everything else can be negotiated.
Of course, future tenants are expected to have a top credit rating, which particularly means having a regular income from employment (!) as well as an impeccable credit record and previous landlord references.
