We offer a long-term rental apartment on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with an elevator, located on a quiet street in the center of Prague 1. The apartment has a layout of 3+kk with a total floor area of 80 m2 and is offered fully furnished (see photo gallery), with a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and floor heating.

The current deposit for services is approximately CZK 2,000 (for two people) and includes water and sewage, cleaning and lighting of common areas, waste disposal, and elevator.

Transfer of energy supplies to the tenant. Electricity and gas consumption for the last period was approximately CZK 4,000.

The refundable security deposit is set at twice the rent and advance payments for services according to the number of persons, approx. CZK 75,000.

The apartment will be cleaned and ready to move in from September 1, 2025.

VIEWINGS WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM 25.8.2025 AND BY AGREEMENT.

In the past, the apartment has not been shared or used for Airbnb rentals, etc., and is not suitable for shared living.
