Our beautiful, extensively renovated, light-filled studio with two French balconies is now available—or at the latest from September 1st, 2025—for one or even two new tenants.

The apartment was recently newly developed to a modern standard. The entire building has been thoroughly renovated and features high-quality amenities (new: heating, windows, electrical installations, sanitary installations, facade insulation, fast Wi-Fi).

The apartment consists of an entrance area with storage space under the stairs, a living-dining area with an open kitchen, a large bedroom, and a daylight bathroom. In total, an area of approximately 16 m x 5 m is available (the sloped roof areas are not included, so the actual living space is considerably smaller).

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

You can relax in the daylight bathroom with a shower.

In the living area, you can store your personal belongings in the large custom-built closet.

You can conveniently do your laundry in the basement using a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

The rent includes all occurring costs (ultra-fast Internet, street sweeping service, insurance costs, garbage, etc.). For gas, electricity, and water, you pay an advance on ancillary costs, with a consumption settlement taking place at regular intervals.

Within walking distance, you will find shopping facilities—daily necessities, the Cannstatter Carre, Bad Cannstatt train station, Wasen area, the stadium, and the Neckar River.

In front of the building, there are seating areas and bike storage (even covered under the balcony). Depending on availability, a parking space (also with an electric charging station) can be rented as well.

Smoking in the apartment is not permitted. Keeping pets is not allowed.

The apartment will be handed over impeccably cleaned. The departing tenant bears the cost for a final cleaning, which amounts to 150 Euros. The apartment is partially furnished; therefore, it is only rented to non-smokers without pets.
