It is located in the Zličín Park complex, in close proximity to the Zličín metro station on line B or the Zličín bus stop. The apartment is commission-free and is offered directly by the owner. The apartment includes a refrigerator with a freezer, a bed with a 180 x 200 cm mattress, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an induction stove, a kitchen hood, and plenty of cupboards as well as kitchen utensils. It features central heating and hot water.
The rent is 18,000 CZK per month plus energy charges of approximately 4,700 CZK per month. Electricity will be transferred to the tenant’s name. A deposit equivalent to two months’ rent (i.e. 35,000 CZK) is required, but this amount can be paid over two months.
