You cannot gain prestige with this idyllic Alpine village (400 friendly locals), and therefore, no flaunter’s tax is imposed. Moreover, it is centrally located at the four-country corner (Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Liechtenstein) with all its diverse business, cultural, and leisure opportunities. Within half an hour, one can reach Lindau, St. Gallen, or Vaduz.

The house is situated at almost 900 m above lake level in a quiet and green single-family home environment. There is no industry or through traffic, and only a few very expensive building plots remain, ensuring that this idyll will still be an idyll in 50 years.

The apartment is fully equipped, including bedding and crockery, so that a buyer can move in tomorrow. The spacious fitted kitchen is a unique custom-made piece with branded appliances.
