The room is bright and spacious, boasting its own large terrace with a southwest orientation and a mini garden area.

Our flat features two entrances and two bathrooms. In the common area, you’ll find the kitchen and the cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, extractor, refrigerator, and ceramic hob.

In the building, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as the option to set up a drying rack. The courtyard/garden is available for shared use. Additionally, there is bicycle parking behind the building. The room is available for rent from 1.8.24.

Our shared flat is located in an absolutely quiet area while still being super central. The S-Bahn, tram, and bus stops are all within walking distance, and the subway can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot or by bus. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shops, sports facilities, doctors, and much more.
