I am looking for a tenant for a beautiful 3-room apartment with a quiet and central location in Neue Mitte Lehen near the Glan. The apartment is rented out privately by me, so please no inquiries from agents.

All rooms are very bright and friendly. Every room has a window, including the bathroom and toilet. Particularly attractive is the large balcony, which faces a quiet, green inner courtyard and invites you to relax with its sunny aspect. The apartment is ideally laid out and features a spacious entrance hall. Moreover, the toilet and bathroom are separate. The apartment is partially furnished; however, upon request, certain pieces of furniture can be sold or stored in the cellar storage (the only exception is the sliding door wardrobe with a mirror in the bedroom, which cannot be moved or removed). A washing machine (7 kg capacity) is available in the bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

SUPER CENTRAL LOCATION

The apartment’s location is ideal. It is a 1-minute walk to Interspar, Resch & Frisch (open 7 days a week), dm, and Sparkasse, and about a 10-minute bike ride to the old town. In the immediate vicinity, there is also a Lidl, Billa, and a post office. Despite the central location, there are many parks and green areas nearby; especially, the Glanbach (5 minutes on foot) and the Glanspitz (15 minutes on foot) offer the opportunity to relax and enjoy time in the greenery despite the urban flair.

TOP TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS

Via the Munich federal road, you reach the Salzburg Mitte motorway ramp in just a few minutes. Additionally, the bus stop “Neue Mitte Lehen” is in the immediate vicinity (less than a 1-minute walk) along with the “Esshaverstraße” stop (about a 5-minute walk) and the S-Bahn station “Aiglhof” (about a 10-minute walk). From the “Neue Mitte Lehen” bus stop, line 8 of the city bus goes directly to the city center at Hanuschplatz.
